Don Pepe focus on growing efficiency
Company launched a new trainingsystem for it employees. The aim is to make the sales more operative and the consumers more pleased.
Don Pepe has more than 30 restaurants
all over the country, now the company starts a training program to
develope the organisation. In the first round employees from six of
its restaurants will be educated. The program, developed by a special
company training organizer, takes a year.
