Increasing retail sales expected in Central Europe
Acccording to the British Savills consulting firm; in the next five years, the Polish, the Czech and the Hungarian region will be the leader of the growth and the United Kingdom has the best prospects in the next five years in retail growth.
The list of the consulting firm is led by Poland in the period between 2009 and 2014. The average GDP growth may be 3.9 percent, consumer spendings may be 3.7, retail sales will grow 4.4 percent annually. However, the Germans, the French and the Italians will retain their leading role in the ranking of Europe's largest markets, despite their much lower growth prospects – reports portfolio.hu, after PropertyEU.
