Increasing global and EU demand in the dairy market
There is a growing demand on the dairy market world-wide and in the European Union – the Director-General of the Agricultural Research Institute told on Tuesday, in Velence at the 7th international dairy industry conference of the Milk Interprofessional Organization and Product Board.
Juhász Anikó in her opening speech stressed that the demand of growth is slower in case of cheese and butter and faster in the case of sour cream, while in case of liquid milk, the European Union’s demand is decreasing. (MTI)
