Tesco’s sales turnover is increasing
According to the latest report of the UK supermarket chain; its global sales turnover excluding fuel – increased by 6.9 percent in the three months, ended on the 30th of May.
The strongest growth was registered in the United States, with a 37.8 percent expansion. Group sales rose by 8.2 percent, compared to the first quarter of the previous year.
The supermarket group's sales turnover increased by 15.4 percent in Asia, while in Europe by only 7.3 percent. The TESCO expects steady growth in consumption of its domestic market – reportsVilággazdaság Online, after AFP.
