Increasing demand for private accommodation
While in Transdanubia, and at Lake Balaton the landlords expects a bad season seems like that Zimmer Frei will rise up again – reports Napi Gazdaság.
The dozens of lodging and travel agencies also reported that by mid-May compared to previous years, the demand for private accommodation has been increased by approximately 20-25 percent, and even the Lake Balaton region by 30 percent. Increasing of the VAT will result that the tourist will choose holiday home owners and private houses instead of hotels. A growing number of foreign tourists are also satisfied, with cheaper ways. Most of the tourists spend 2500 or 3000 HUF per person per day and for accommodation.
