The profit of Carrefour grew by 57 percent
The Carrefour supermarket chain announced that the company has increased its profits by 57 percent, while profit from continuing activities increased by 11 percent, beside 5.5 percent higher sales figures.
The profit of the giant company, operating 15 thousand supermarkets and small shops in 35 countries increased to 433 million euros in 2010, from the 276 million euros of 2009. Retail sales increased to 90.1 billion euros, from the previous 85.37 billion euros – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
