Growth strategies from key players in the industrial real estate market at the 4th HAD Brunch
Leading representatives of the domestic industrial real estate market gathered for the fourth time in March at the exclusive HAD Real Estate Business Brunch organized by RaktárAD, a Belgian-Hungarian owner, which has now become a defining forum for professional dialogue and knowledge sharing.
The IV. HAD Brunch also hosted the next episode of the popular StoreCast podcast, and this time it looked at how businesses can get back on track for growth in the often uncertain international and domestic economic environment.
According to RaktárAD’s experience, the key is rapid adaptation and a change in focus: in the recent period, they consciously focused on subleasing partners, which resulted in a 34% sales increase in 15 months. This also shows that in the current economic environment, those businesses that are able to reposition their target market and respond flexibly to changes in demand can remain on track for growth.
Market challenges, decision-making and growth opportunities in focus
The event’s professional program focused on the key questions that are of most concern to the players in the industrial real estate market today. The participants jointly sought answers to how to interpret current market processes, what is really worth paying attention to in the noisy economic environment, and who could be the winners of the current situation. The difficulties of the decision-making process of company leaders and their partners were a prominent topic. The role of efficiency was also discussed during the discussions – both at the corporate and market level – with particular attention to the impact of cooperation or confrontation between actors on success. In addition, the importance of efficiency, internal data analysis, and the power of organizational “collective consciousness” – i.e. the ability of teams to move in a common direction – were also emphasized. The invited guests also shared their expectations for the future regarding the defining trends of the next 5-10 years and the factors that can fundamentally shape the market and entrepreneurial decisions.

The professional level of the event was raised by the participation of renowned industry experts: Milla Kalmár, Industrial Real Estate Division Manager at 108 Real Estate Hungary, Zoltán István Dely, Deputy Director of Corporate Customer Relations at OTP Bank, András Markos, Managing Director of Hesse Trade Kft., Ferenc Bodrogi Jr., Technical Director of Bodrogi Bau Kft. and Tibor Lőrincz-Hadnagy, Partner and Business Development Manager at HAD Group. During the panel discussion, the guests shared their valuable experiences and current market trends. The prestigious professional event was opened by Ernő Hadnagy, President of HAD Group, who shared his personal experience in his speech about the triple unity that can ensure the growth path of a company.
