The consumer confidence index increased to 45 points in Hungary
According to the results of a survey conducted by Nielsen in the third quarter of this year, the consumer confidence index rose by four points to 45 points in Hungary, compared to the second quarter. It is the highest result since 2010. As in many other countries, consumer confidence increased with a greater extent, among the studied sixty countries, Hungary has the lowest consumer confidence index .
Among the three components of the Nielsen consumer confidence index, 15 percent of the Hungarian respondents see their personal financial situation positive over the next twelve months. At the same time workplace perspectives for the next twelve months are considered as good or excellent by 8 percent.
