The amount of counterfeit goods seized by the EU authorities increased in 2015
The customs authorities of EU member states seized about five million pieces more counterfeit articles in 2015 than in the previous year – the European Commission said on Friday.
According to the information of the Commission, more than 40 million items were apprehended in the EU's external borders – in a value of almost 650 million euros (200 billion HUF) – of which the authorities assume that they were prepared in breach of the right to intellectual property. (MTI
