More drink cartons recycled

According to the Drink Carton Environmental Association (IKSZ), last year the proportion of recycled drink cartons increased to 23 percent in Hungary. This means that last year 2,700 tons of milk and fruit juice cartons were collected selectively and recycled, 120 tons more than in 2013. However, there is more work to be done as the European Union’s recycling average is 44 percent.
