Delivery performance increased in the second quarter
In the second quarter of this year, the performance of both freight and passenger transport increased, compared to the low base of the previous year, but lagged behind the pre-pandemic level, especially passenger transport, according to the latest report of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).

Increased but still below pre-epidemic level freight and passenger performance
As a result of a 20 percent increase in road freight transport – freight transport performance (13.5 billion freight tonne-kilometers) increased by 8.8 percent year-on-year, but fell 11 percent from the second quarter of 2019.(MTI)
