Retail sales increased in the EU and in the euro zone
Retail sales increased by 1.4 percent in the euro zone and grew by 1.2 percent in the European Union in November compared to the previous month.
Compared to the datas of November 2012 retail sales increased by 1.6 percent in the euro zone and by 2.0 percent in the European Union – Eurostat announced on Wednesday, in its first estimate.
In October, a 0.4 percent decline occurred in the euro zone and a 0.5 percent decline occurred in the EU 28 in a monthly comparision calendar effect adjusted. (MTI)
