Retail sales increased in the world's largest economy
U.S., retail sales rose in April, instead of the expected loss, forecasted by experts.
According to the Monday communication of the U.S. Ministry of Commerce, retail sales increased by 0.1 percent to 419.03 billion USD, compared with March – according to seasonally adjusted datas. Analysts expected a 0.4 percent decline in April, after the revised data of March, which was a 0.5 percent decline. (tozsdeforum.hu, MTI)
