Demand for eggs increased
The annual per capita consumption of Hungarian eggs grew, from 214 in 2013 to 234 in 2017 – the Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture told at the event of the 17th World Egg Day on Friday, in Budaörs.
Farkas Sándor at the conference organized by the Poultry Product Council and the Hungarian Egg Producers Association that the country’s annual egg consumption increased from 2.1 billion to 2.3 billion between 2013 and 2017. (MTI)
