Henkel’s half-year revenue increased
Revenues from Henkel’s German household chemicals and cosmetics group grew in the first half of this year, the company said, boosting its revenue growth expectations for this year as the global economy recovers.
Henkel reported sales of 9 billion 926 million euros on Thursday, up 4.7 percent from a year before. After eliminating exchange rate effects and the effects of acquisitions / divestments, organic sales increased by 11.3 percent. Organic sales grew at a remarkably high rate of 21.5 percent in emerging markets. (MTI)
