Increased market share for manufacturer brands
Between January and July 2016 praline sales exceeded HUF 10 billion. Like-for-like value sales dropped 1 percent and volume sales were down 7 percent. Shops with a floor space above 400m² were responsible for 70 percent of value sales – just like in the base period. Manufacturer brands were responsible for 83 percent of praline sales. This performance was 2 percentage points better than in the first seven months of 2015.
