Danone's revenue increased
The global leader of fresh dairy products, the Paris-based Danone Group's net revenues increased by 16.3 percent to 9.73 billion euros in the first half of this year, surpassing the expectations of the analysts.
The acceleration of the bottled water business branch paid a main role in it. Although the net profit remaining at group (861 million euros) only slightly increased, so it is under the expectations, due to the price increases of the raw materials (mainly milk and plastics) – reports Világgazdaság Online, after Bloomberg.
