Supermarkets floorspace and market share grow
According to Nielsen research company the Hungarian supermarkets increceased their sales as the average.
In one year the food sales in
supermarkets grow by 18%, the chanel's market share grow by 1% to 10%
in frame of 90 products researched by Nielsen.
Nowadays there are 406 supermarkets in
Hungary, last year 23 new stores were opened, this year 9. The new
supermarkets has year to year bigger floorspace, last year's average
was 606 sqm.
