Seventy percent of Internet users shop online
Even before the pandemic, Hungarians used the Internet regularly to manage their various affairs; online shopping and related activities are the most common, with seven out of ten netizens already buying something on the World Wide Web, according to a market research by the National Media and Communications Authority (NMHH), details of which were communicated to MTI on Wednesday.
The announcement states that, according to a survey conducted online between 18 November and 10 December 2019, 4,000 people were most likely to shop and related activities, such as browsing, checking inventory and details of products or services, selling ads reading and posting classified ads. Ninety percent of netizens engaged in such activities. (MTI)
