NKFH: Paleolithic product recalled by distributor
The distributor Paleo Centrum Kft. has recalled the paleolit crushed oregano – the National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority (NKFH) can be read in the notice published on the website on Friday.
The product was recalled from circulation because it contains a large proportion of olive leaf and myrtle leaf, although its consumption does not mean food safety risk. The product is available in 10 gram, 250 gram and 1 kilogram packages, production number GZR-276-24, best before date 2026.08.31.
The distributor has taken the necessary measures and withdrawn the affected items from trade. The authority will monitor its further measures and the handling of the recalled products – the announcement reads.
