NKFIH: Aldi recalls smoked rainbow trout fillets
ALDI has recalled Almare Seafood Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillet 125 grams due to the presence of Listeria bacteria – the National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority (NKFH) announced to MTI on Saturday.
According to the information, the best before date of the product affected by the recall is November 30, 2025, and its batch number is 4254431. The product, which is available in several flavors, is supplied by Laschinger Seafood GmbH.
The statement emphasized that Aldi Hungary Food Bt. immediately took the necessary measures, ensuring that the affected items were withdrawn from circulation and recalled from consumers. The authority is monitoring the company’s measures, as well as the further fate of the recalled products – destruction or transportation.
The NKFH asks customers not to consume the product with the described item identifier if they have purchased it and the product is still in their possession.
