NGM: nearly 6 percent real wage increase in 2011
The average national economy net earnings in 2011 increased by 9.9 percent, compared to the previous year. Beside a 3.9 percent inflation, it is a 5.8 percent real income growth – announced the National Economy Ministry (NGM) on Friday, referring on the datas of the Central Statistical Office.
According to the communication of NGM, even more prominent datas can be observed in family incomes. As the result of the family allowance system, the real wages of families with three or more children increased by 19 percent, compared to 2010.
The Ministry underlines, that the success of the reform shows that the labor market indicators, following the introduction of a flat tax year became favorable in 2011, despite the difficult market conditions. (MTI)
