NGM: the first half of 2014 brought better datas in tourism than in last year’s record breaking year
The guest traffic increased spectacularly again in June, by 7.6 percent. This time the strong growth of foreign tourist nights also played a significant role in the growth.
According to the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) the performance of the first half of the year is better than the same comparable period of 2013, which was a record breaking year.
The Ministry is in response to the datas of the Central Statistics Office (KSH) the number of domestic guests in the first summer month maintained its double-digit growth rate. (MTI)
