NGM: retail surtax does not conflict with the EU law
According to the Ministry of National Economy (NGM), the decision of the European Court of Justice confirms the Hungarian position that the retail surtax was not a discrimination between various types of sales forms.
According to the communication of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM), released on Wednesday, the Hungarian sectoral levies – that are already obsolete – did not preclude to the European Union’s jurisprudence. (MTI)
