NFM: toll will not have significant impact on consumer prices
The impact of toll on the consumer price index can not be accurately predicted, but on the basis of the available datas from abroad – Slovakia and Poland – it may not be significant – the Ministry of National Development told MTI on Wednesday.
The ministry responded to the Wednesday article of Világgazdaság daily, that referred to the National Food Processors Association (ÉFOSZ) in its artcle, writing that the price of cheaper basic food products can increase by 30 percent, due to the introduction of electronic toll collection system.
