NFM: the Consumer Protection Authority tested light chains and fondants
The Consumer Protection Authority tested light chains and fondants. Among the tested light chains 25 did not meet the requirements, while in case of fondants problems occured in only one case – the Ministry of National Development (NFM) told MTI on Monday.
During Christmas checks at the end of November, consumer protection inspectors studied Christmas fondants in NFM’s accredited laboratory. Only one of the thirty types of Christmas fondants, the percentage of chocolate coat did not reach the level prescribed in the Hungarian Food Book. (MTI)
