NFH: there are many infringing sales presentations

The staff of the consumer protection authority were found out that the organizers of the presentations did not carry out their commercial activities in accordance with the law in 63 cases, out of 87 controls.

The Consumer advocates investigated the commercial activities between the 5th of September 2011 and the 28th of October,.

According to the report of the National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH); mainly unfair trade practice violations have been occurred during the investigations and at 39 trade shows deceptive trade practices have been revealed – reports Magyar Nemzet Online.
