NFH: Part of the frying sausages are too oily and wet
During the inspections of the consumer protection authority, all tested sausages fulfilled the the protein, fat and water content value requirements of the food book, while 25 percent of frying sausages did not meet the statutory requirements.
At one out of the twenty-three tested frying sausages the water content significantly exceeded the allowed 60 percent level, in case of the other products the fat content was abnormally higher than the limit values (MTI)
