Renowned Hungarian sommelier helps to develop ALDI’s new wine offer
ALDI Hungary renews its rich wine offer with the involvement of sommelier expert Mátyás Szik. The primary goal of the cooperation is to update the wine offer of ALDI VINOTÉKA and to present exciting items that meet the needs of Hungarian consumers by involving other Hungarian wineries.
In the case of all product areas, ALDI strives to enrich the offer of its stores with goods from as many Hungarian producers and processors as possible. In the case of fruit and vegetables, in the high season, about 90% of the assortment comes to the stores from domestic sources, since the autumn of 2021, fresh meat, 62 basic dairy products and now all eggs have come 100% from Hungarian suppliers.
