Nestle opens milk powder factory in China

Swiss food giant Nestle said it formally opened a milk powder factory in Erguna, in China's Inner Mongolia region.The company said the plant, Nestle's 21st in China, was in
an area of high quality natural grasslands and would help it cope with rising
demand for milk poducts. Nestle said it buys fresh milk from 40,000 farmers in
China.
