Nestlé buys majority stake in Terrafertil

Swiss company Nestlé has announced acquiring a majority share in Ecuador-based health foods company Terrafertil, which has a large portfolio that includes the Nature’s Heart brand. Then founders will continue to lead the company, which has factories in Ecuador, Mexico, Columbia and Chile and employs 400 people.
