Special Hungarian fruit varieties to be promoted

The vote initiated by the Hungarian Horticultural Propagating Material Nonprofit Kft. (MKSZN) promotes special Hungarian fruit varieties – was said on M1 news channel on Sunday.

Kasztovszky Zoltán, Managing Director of the nonprofit company, said: on the basis of thousands of votes received, the black plate apple became the fruit of the year, ahead of the rowan berry and the Pipacs1 (Poppy1) cherry. (MTI)
