International joint tender to reboost silkworm breeding
A Hungarian-Italian-Slovenian company submitted international research proposals to reboost silkworm breeding. The company is willing to won EU fund.
The world price of silk is increasing. In China the silkworms are attacked by various infections, so the quality of Chinese silk is declining, so the value of European raw silk can increase – Bakonyi Tamás -the Hungarian representative of the joint research told MTI. (MTI)
