International meat seminar in Germany

The German-based CSB System AG, organises an international seminar linked with a plant visit for the leaders of Meat Companies on 17 and 18 June in Geilenkirchen, Germany.

The topics of the seminar will include meat qualification, secure supplies, the profit-oriented processing, cutting, sales, labeling, current issues of the meat structure change. The performers of CSB-System will be corporate governance experts, engineers, economists and food engineers with modern IT skills and many years of practical experience. In the course of the seminar besides the theoretical informations, there will be presentations with practical examples, and a visit to the Netherlands plants will be provided on the second day of the seminar.
