International agricultural conference in Debrecen

The 13th Congress of the European Society Agronomy (ESA) has started at the University of Debrecen (DE) on Mondayó, with the participation of 250 professionals from the 37 countries of the world.

The ESA is an an international organization dealing with crop production and related sciences, such as soil science, climatology, breeding, biotechnology, plant modeling, etc… The ESA integrates researchers, university lecturers and professionals not only from Europe but from other parts of the world – indicated Pepó Péter, president of the ESA and professor of food science and environmental management faculty of the University of Debrecen (DE).
