Tastes of the former Ost Block

Penny extends its privat label offer with 160 well-known brands from the former socialist GDR (German Democratic Republic).

The Rewe-owned Penny discount chain has
said it is extending its ranges with eastern German brands. The
new/old products will this week be added to its private
label-dominated offers in its 470 stores in the east of the country.
