German investors may buy the Demján-Plaza in Krakow
The German CommerzReal negotiates with TriGránit, over the purchase of the Bonarka shopping center in Krakow – states PropertyEU, referring to reliable sources.
Szabó Zsolt, the investment manager of TriGranit has confirmed, that they negotiate with an international institutional investor, over the purchase of their 50 percent ownership, for 250 million euros (roughly 67 billion HUF).
"We do not want to sell our 100 percent ownership, because we se future in our investment" – said Szabó. "We will sell only 50 percent. We received several offers, but we want to keep TriGranit’s leadership in the shopping center – reports portfolio.hu.
