It would not only be good for agriculture if more cabbages were to be consumed
As in the past year, about 4,000 hectares of brassicas are grown in Hungary in 2021. Syngenta said at its professional event in Ócsa that the hungarian consumption of fresh cabbage is increasing this year, but the demand for lettuce has declined somewhat due to the pandemic.
