Hungarian cabbage farmers are facing a difficult year in 2016: this year a series of diseases decimated the crops, the market price is lower than before, while its hard to find workers for the harvest.
At the event of Syngenta it was said today that the consumption of cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower is changing in Hungary as well, as more and more people consume fresh market vegetables, instead of pickled, preserved products.
