The Seed Association does not expect seed price increase
The Seed Association Interprofessional Organization and Product Board published a net price of 92,000 HUF for one ton of autumn sowing seeds, which is expected to be slightly below last year’s price. According to the organization, a sufficient amount of seed will be available to the farmers for the fall.
This price is not a fixed price and is not tied nor a recommended price, the specific contract price will be determined by the parties themselves during the sale. This information does not imply price fixing and its primary objective is orientation, the disclosure of expected market price information.
