Ice cream distributors do not expect much from this year
According to the traders; ice cream consumption is reducing: this year's hot days may broke a record, but on an average annual consumption, it is conceivable that less ice cream will be consumed this year than last year.
According to the Consumer Scan of GfK Hungária; 40 percent of the Hungarian households bought some kind of family pack ice cream, however, shopping frequency decreased, compared to the previous year.
According to the GfK; the mixed flavors are the most popular, 57 percent of the households purchased this kind of ice creams – reports mfor.hu.
