VAT reduction did not impove the sales of fresh milk
Despite the fresh milk VAT reduction to 5 percent in January, the buyers are still looking for long lasting products in the stores – the Magyar Idők wrote.
According to the product council, the domestic industry also mainly produces long-life milk so the Dairy Product Council continues to recommend the government to extend the Value Added Tax (VAT) reduction to long-life milk products. (magyaridok.hu, Köpöncei Csilla)
