No need to re-authorize the cash registers
The shops do not need to re-authorize the cash registers because of the increase in VAT and excise tax. A simple parameter modification is enough – stated the fiscal business-leader of Laurel Informatics Ltd.
According to Pletyák Attila, these types of changes can be made by a simple data plate-exchange or by a parameter stock modification. Although the mechanics must check every cash register it is not necessary to carry out major conversions, which would have cost half a million forints per cash register. The last major change was the removal of copper last year, but not all the stores lead the rounding to five or to zero to the cash registers. It is expected that the modification will carry out with other necessary developments, making the licensing process.cheaper. According to Laurel's experience the systems of the expanding stores in Hungary (Auchan, OMV, Spar, Adidas, etc.). have lot more functions than it could be used because Hungary has the world's strictest rules in this sector.
