Sunflower or olive oil-fried foods are not harmful to health
The sunflower or olive oil-fried foods are not harmful to health, but only if they made in olive or sunflower oil – state Spanish researchers on the basis of their study.
The scientists at the University of Madrid followed-up of the eating habits and the effects of their habits on their healths of 29-69 year old people for 11 years. At the beginning of they study noone had heart diseases, and on the basis of the 11 years of observation, there is no correlation between heart disease and the consumption of “healthy” fried dishes made in unsaturated fatty acids. Among the 40 thousand people only 606 people had cardiovasular problems in 11 years – reports MTI.
