Slovakian customers rush still not coming
The weakening of the forint not yet excited those euro-paying customers, who live near the Hungarian-Slovakian border on the Slovak side.
In the recent weeks Hungarians had to get used to the weak forint exchange rate of 280-290 HUF / euro, while at the end of April, 1 euro was about only 260 HUF. But the recent weakening of the forint was much lower, than the weakening of last spring, when the level of euro was about 300 HUF. So now the price differential existing on both sides of the border has not reached the level, that it would be worth to drive 20-30 kms – reports Népszabadság Online.
