Tapping in Hungary
According to a recent survey; the restaurants frequently visited by tourists often do not pay attention to the quality of beer. Because the significant part of the guests are not regular customers, in at least 30-40 percent of the the pubs poorly tapping is detected, the number of contaminated beer taps are high.
Several beer consumption surveys also show that a significant proportion of the Hungarians are wary of consumption of draft beer. Only 30 to 35 percent of the beer lovers consumes regularly tapped beer in pubs. In the nineties, the Hungarians drank an annual one and a half million hectoliters from the tap, now only six hundred thousand – shows the survey. (privatbankar.hu)
