Cadbury would not let to be purchased
The U.S. food group Kraft Foods, made a 16.7 billion USD bid for the purchase of the British Cadbury confectionery industry company.
The proposed deal would allow annual savings of 626 million USD in the cases of sales, marketing and product development costs.
Kraft Foods argues that with the acquisition, jobs would be saved and a factory, which was considered to be closed could continue functioning – reports Világgazdaság Online after the article of BBC.
