Non-organic products caused the botulism
Although the products were markedet at organic farmers markets and at organic food stores not organic products caused the botulism, but the products of Keksz Zsolt small producer – the Hungarian Organic Association (HMA) told.
There were no organic (ecological, biological, organic) products because noone has certified them, and they were not labeled as organic products. So there is no correlation between the botulinum contamination and organic farming, since the dirt exclusive processes are allowed in organic farming – the organization added. (MTI)
