Not the penalty is the cardinal goal
According to business daily Világgazdaság, the authority leaves time for the hospitality industry to get used to the new rules of inventory.
There is a panic between the caterers
because of the new inventory law, valid from 1th February. According
to the law, if the inspector find some foul, the penalty could be for
privat persons HUF 300,000 for restaurants HUF 600,000.
Jeno Sipos, spokerman of the Hungarian
Customs and Finance Guard, said the aim is not the fine, the goal is
that every body know what to do, with the new inventory law for
liquers.
