Animal protection is in a difficult situation: hundreds expect the winter without cover
More than 100 000 dogs are wandering today in Hungary, and around 15,000 live in animal shelters and hundreds of dogs have no doghouses in the shelters. Cofidis Hungary and the Hangya Community jointly co-funded the animal shelters with a total of 3 200 000 forints together with the people, which means 85 doghouses for dogs without shelter.
The Hangya Community and the Cofidis Hungary during the weekend organized the Have you ever felt really cold? charity program supporting rural shelters where a round table discussion was organized by home experts and representatives discussing the situation of animal protection in Hungary.
